We now offer online workshops! Check out the two new workshops we are specially designed for online courses here!
In person Chocolate Workshop:
The indoor activity takes place at our own unique private location, just minutes away from the Brugge Grote Markt - Bruges main square. The workshop fee includes everything from cooking gear to professional grade ingredients and complimentary hot chocolate with a recipe!
After a short introduction we will split in teams and start cooking! Each team will learn how to temper its chocolate before each person works individually on two types of Belgian sweets: pralines & mendiants.
We work step by step and each stage is illustrated by a live demonstration. Our team will share historical and technical facts that will help you get professional results regardless of your previous cooking experiences. We use fair trade, top quality, dark couverture chocolate who contains 54% cocoa and is of standard fluidity. The chocolate blend is rather sweet, not bitter to fit most people's pallet & diet.
The Chocolate workshop is naturally suitable for vegetarians (no eggs) & gluten free. We also provide dairy free or vegan versions of our class on request. This experiens is not adequate to children under the age of 12, older children must be accompanied of a least one paying adult. Please note that spectators are not admitted, whoever joins must take part -no exception.

Don't take our word for it here's some reviews:
"Lot's of fun!" - Sophie L.
My boyfriend and I had a great time and met some really great people as well! The host was really funny and also knowledgable. He taught us a lot about waffles and the different types and how the locals eat their waffles which was interesting. You work in groups to make the batter and then you all get to share the waffles and put any toppings you want on there. They were delicious!
"It was very fun!" - Claire M.
Great chocolates! We had a lovely time at the workshop learning about chocolate, tempering the chocolate and then creating our own. It was interesting fun and had a lovely host! Would recommend and still enjoying our chocolates now!
"Worth the money, a fantastic experience!" - Rose - TripAdvisor
This tour was an amazing two & a half hour experience. Our tour guide, Ali was amazing. He made the whole experience so entertaining and relaxed. It is such good. It was such good value for money, we got to make everything from scratch & then take all the amazing things home to enjoy. We were lucky as we were a small group of 10 people. I would thoroughly recommend this tour, however, not suitable for children.
